Janet was born
the eldest daughter of Amos and LoGrant in Los Angeles, CA. She
attended Ralph J. Bunche Elementary, Enterprise Junior High and
graduated from Compton High School in 1981. After high school
she attended CSU Stanislaus for some time before settling down
in Turlock, CA. Some years later she returned to LA and finished
up her schooling graduating from LA Harbor Junior College in
1996 and more recently with her BA in Social Work from CSU Dominguez
Hills in 2003. Currently she is still working hard towards her
career but still takes time out to occasionally stop and smell
the roses.
